Shipping policy

We ship internationally to supported destinations. Some destinations, regions, islands, restricted territories, military addresses or remote areas may not be available depending on the product, supplier, courier or route.

Some orders are shipped from logistics warehouses or fulfilment partners, including ZhenHub where used for fulfilment, shipping management, inventory synchronisation or order processing. Other orders may be shipped directly from suppliers. If an order includes several products, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Free-shipping thresholds, where offered, will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary by product, destination, stock location, customs route, courier performance and seasonal demand. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

MAMASUMA aims to ship orders with applicable import duties and taxes handled where available through the selected shipping method. If a destination or product cannot be shipped on that basis, we may contact you before dispatch, cancel and refund the order, or ask you to confirm how you wish to proceed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is delayed, returned, lost or rejected because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal of delivery or failure to collect, additional charges or delays may apply.
